How do I take it?
It’s easy, just take between 1 - 2 capsules right before your evening meal.
You say ‘move your bowels’. Does this mean I will be constantly going to the loo?
No, our formula is gentle and designed to be taken during everyday life and can provide natural relief. During the first 2 days you may go a little more, but this will regulate very quickly. I struggle to take capsules, does this come in any other form?
